Add or remove a Pet

  1. Select the Client Information tab.
  2. Use the search engine to find the client you're looking for.
  3. Then, click the "View/Edit" button to the right of the client.
  4. From here, you can edit existing pets or add a new one by clicking the "Create New Pet" button. 
  5. Fill in the appropriate fields and click the "Save" button to add.
  6. To remove a pet, click the "View/Edit" button on the pet you wish to remove. Then, uncheck the "Active" button and save. This is a permanent action that removes all prescriptions from the CAREcabinet, and all AutoShips set up for that pet. 

Please note:  Only one pet is allowed per prescription.  Please do not have multiple pets in the Pet’s First Name field.  Also, pet weight, along with any allergies and current medications are vital to our pharmacists for reviewing prescriptions.
