Add a Client

  1. When logged into your administrative account, select the "Client Information" tab.
  2. Then, click the "Create New Client" button. A client must have an email address to have an account.
  3. A new window will pop up. Fill in all known fields:
  4. The email address is required, and will be used to send an order confirmation and tracking number when a client completes a purchase. If your client does not have an e-mail address, use their 10 digit phone [number] for an example: Check the Invalid Email box to let us know.  
  5. Note: The password you designate should be at least 6 letters and/or numbers long.
