Adding new users

When logged into your administrative account, select the "Practice Setup" tab.

  1. All current users will be shown under Practice Users
  2. Then, click the "Add New Practice User" at the bottom of the list
  3. Choose a username you like and enter your preferred email address. If adding a veterinarian, you will need to fill out license information.
  4. (Optional) Double click or drag the "Practice Admin Administrator" button to the selected box if you would like the user to have access to edit the catalog, view reports, and add additional users. To learn more about user profiles and permissions click here
  5. Click the "Save" button to finish adding the user.
